a real estate license and been a mortgage loan agent during his career. More
recently, as a managing partner at US Development, Ron’s time is focused
primarily stewarding the company vision, and securing and negotiating future
projects that meet company mandated metrics and Ron plays a key role in ensuring
the caliber and quality of the growing US Development team.
Ron has extensive experience with over 50 separate real estate ventures, to
include land acquisition and land entitlement, single-family home development,
and low-income housing development. The deals he has worked on range from several
hundred thousand dollars to multi-million dollar projects.
