Hi my name is Paul Rakovich and I am a regular CASHFLOW® 101 player.
I was a restaurant manager in Las Vegas until I started to play this game
and now I am a business owner and an investor.
This website is one of two businesses I created after playing the game
on a regular basis. For years I continued to work hard and watch my bosses
(these were the guys I was supposed to aspire to be) bring their kids into
work on the weekends.
This was the future I was supposed to look forward to! I continued to
work 50-60 hours per week, getting raises and turning right around and spending
more money.
Playing CASHFLOW® 101 on a regular basis was the turning point to
actually putting to use all that I had read about into my real life.

This is Kim WInsey-Weeks, aka Kim Winsey Frey.
I bought the Cashflow game for my stepson David. I already have one
and have played several times, heard Kiyosaki speak and read two of
his books.
Meanwhile I have been investing in rental real estate for several years
and own two apartment buildings and a single family home, all of which
have excellent cashflow.
Because of playing the game I took a foray into lot investments which
I don't think I would have had the courage to do before.
I bought 10 lots that I recognized were at an excellent price, in a
fast growing area here in Florida and sold 4 of them for a 2/3 more
than I bought them for within several months and am selling a 5th and
probably a 6th for more than that, and I basically used all other people's
money to do it.

Dear Paul, Tod and I have learned so much. It's unbelievable. We talk
about it every single day. In fact, my husband and I have filled out
a worksheet on our real life situation and it was like actually facing
the truth literally but on paper. We didn't realize how much our total
expenses added up to and what we really needed to get to for our Passive
Income Goal(s). We currently have one rental "small deal" and would
like to purchase many more small deals to hit a "big deal". Our vocabulary,
funny as it sounds, has increased with the words such as..."assets,
liabilities, doo-dads, and ROI". I have learned, just in playing for
a little amount of time, how CD's, ROI, and stocks work. Tod, of course,
has a higher knowledge base than I on stocks but I feel a lot better
now with just the logistics of the lingo... I want to thank you for
sending us tips each week. We also, look at our friends a lot differently
now. Our daughter, almost 10 years old, is looking forward to play,
Cashflow 101, with us. She's observed a couple of games, and when we
have went to the store, she says, "That's a doo-dad guys. Do we really
need that" ? Tod and I look at each other rolling our eyes but smiling.

Thank you for supporting the military overseas, in the past, I have
ordered CASHFLOW® 101 and the company would not send it to a APO, FPO
or AP. You have touched a market most companies will not take the chance
on. There are 100's of thousand soldiers, sailors and marines overseas
serving our country and it is hard when you can not get the support
from others to bring a piece of home to a 2nd or 3rd world country.
Once again thank you for giving me a little piece of mind in a game
that can change my way of thinking and put me on the road to financial
freedom.

Dear Paul, It has change my way of thinking. This year when my husband
and I had our annual economic summit we made a five year plan instead
of a 12 month plan. In that plan we made some short term strategies
on how we wanted to accomplish our goals, with the understanding that
as we learn more and the seasons change our strategies will probably
have to change. I have been working on a project that will be a great
teaching tool in teaching better budgeting skills - to help those who
are not making ends meet and to help those who in just enough land and
not saving towards opportunities. I'm also working on starting my own

Thank you for a wonderful web site and for allowing us the opportunity
to purchase this game from your company. My husband and I are in the
middle of our (what appears will be lengthy) first game. We both have

We love the Cashflow 101 game! Along with reading just about every book
that Robert Kiyasaki has written, our lives have changed forever. We
are building an extra home to sell and we purchased a duplex for some
rental income and we started a network business that has already profited

fun and we are excited about our future. This game has truly inspired

Hi Paul, Yes, it totally opened my eyes. I truly wish I had read his
books and gotten the game sooner. Rats! I'd be a lot farther along,
but, all is not lost. They have motivated me to get busy and get moving.
I have since been putting things in order by making sure all bills have
been paid off with the exception of our mortgage and utilities and have
invested in one rental unit thus far. I have put together financial
sheets to come up with our net worth and put together a set of goals.
I will be putting together solid goals for the next 5-10 years in May/June
and am currently taking some financial classes I feel I need prior to
stepping out in the stock market. I have written one book and am nearly
ready to start sending it out to see if there is any interest, once
I am finished proofing it. I have also put together a deal to go into
partnership for a new business. I would say that my main motivator is
Christ; then I would say that cashflow really put things into perspective
for me and the gears began turning. I guess I was ready to listen and
that is isn't that tough to take action if you take it step by step.

Dear Paul, We were doing real estate investing before we got Cash Flow
101... but after learning the fundamentals of the game, we realize what
we're doing wrong... Now we are looking for income properties such as
duplex and 4plex which will give us positive cash flow... Instead of
the usual single family residence, renting it and waiting for equity
